All fees are expressed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) including prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7%, GST subject to change at Singapore Government discretion.
Tuition fees include all books, stationery, Parents’ Association membership and are based on a two semester / four term year, unless stated otherwise. Replacement of lost IT resources, textbooks, workbooks, library books and other school resources will be expected to be funded by the student/family prior to the distribution of additional resources.
School Fee Discounts
Families with three or more students concurrently enrolled at AIS in any individual calendar year will be offered the following School Fee discounts (based on the age of the students):

The Application Fee is paid to the Australian International School (AIS) at the time the application is submitted for enrolment. No application is considered until the Application Fee is paid. This fee applies to each student.
The $3,360.00 Application Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable for any student who receives a formal written offer into AIS but declines the offer.

The Facilities Fee is a one-time payment for all new students, payment of the Facilities Fee confirms acceptance of a student placement offer.
Application and Facility Fee Discounts
AIS will apply a 50% Application and Facilities Fees discount for the 3rd family member enrolling into AIS.
AIS will apply a 100% Application and Facilities Fee discount for the 4th family member and subsequent family members enrolling into AIS.
2017 School Fee Billing Cycles and Payment Requirements
AIS will deliver invoices for tuition fees half yearly in advance, with payment to be settled as per the schedule below.

School fees are not pro-rated if the student begins tuition after the term has commenced or if a student withdraws prior to the conclusion of the term.
AIS accepts payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit card facilities. Payment by credit card will incur an additional 2.5% administrative fee per transaction completed.
School Fee Refund Policy

After the commencement of a semester. If a student has commenced school during Semester 1 or Semester 2, there will be no refund of any portion of that semester’s course fees regardless of when notice of withdrawal is given.

The Application Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable except in the following circumstances:

AIS accepts payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit card. Payment by credit card will incur an additional 1.75% - 2.15% administration fee per transaction. Payment by cash and credit card must be completed at the payments window at Gate 1 reception.
