When you first log on to Lunch Ordering, Please follow the following instructions:

1. Your initial log on is your username (FAMILY CODE) and password (PASSPORT NO).

2. Next you are invited to change your password. Please choose a password with at least 6 characters.

3. After this you select “Meal Order” and enter details of the lunch items for your child. The choices are to order items one day at a time or from one date to another. Suggest that you start by ordering for a specific day e.g. Wednesday.

4. Other options are :

• Profile Maintenance – allows you to set spending limits, ban items, restrict days, etc.
• Field Trip – in testing mode at the moment. Will allow you to pay and give permission for excursions online.
• View Report – information on your order, remaining balance on Nets account and past card activity in future.
• Change Password – allows you to change password as you wish.
• School Pre-paid allows you to top up your account online.

6. When you finish your order please use the “SAVE’ button at the bottom of the screen for the school to receive your order.
