Celebrating Excellence

This last week was a celebration of excellence across the school. We celebrated our excellence on the sporting field with our wonderful results from the SEASAC Tournament. And on Wednesday, 7 February we acknowledged our top achievers in 2017 in IGSC, HSC and IB at the Academic Excellence Assembly.

The following 2017 graduates were congratulated for their outstanding results.

The following highlights from our 2017 graduating cohort were shared with the students:

82.50 - was our average ATAR well above that of the Australian average
25% - of all graduating students achieved a 90+ ATAR
62% of all students achieved an ATAR of above 80

Special congratulations to IB Diploma graduate Amelia Woodward, who received a perfect 45 out of 45 score, the highest possible score achievable in the IB. This result gives her an ATAR score in the top 0.05% of all students in Australia. After receiving offers from a number of prestigious universities across the world including Oxford University in the UK and Stanford University in the US, Amelia has taken up the offer to study at Stanford University.

We also celebrated our outstanding IGCSE results recognising the following outstanding students.
