Stork’s Nest Playgroup At AIS

Published by

Australian International School held a playgroup for 18 families at the Early Years Centre this week in partnership with Stork’s Nest Singapore.

Parents and caregivers came with their children to explore our Kookaburras class for three-year-olds, where they enjoyed indoor and outdoor play under the care of our Early Years curriculum specialists.

Some little ones got creative with play dough molding and arts and crafts, while others explored our dedicated outdoor play areas, enjoying water actvities and tricycle peddaling.

The playgroup also had the chance to sing, dance and play instruments with our music specialist.

Such purposeful play is at the core of the AIS Nursery and Preschool curriculum, with a special emphasis on letting children learn through inquiry, exploration and discovery.

This is the second playgroup held at AIS this year, following a Teddy Bears Picnic in March hosted in partnership with Sassy Mama.

Keep a lookout on our calendar listings for future playgroups.
