Australian International School held its annual House Athletics Carnival for its Upper Elementary and Secondary School students last Tuesday at Yio Chu Kang Stadium.

To earn points for their representative Houses, students took part in a variety of track and field events, including the 100m, 200m, 400m, high jump, long jump and shot put.

After an exciting day of track and field competitions, Fitzroy House came in first place, followed by Lachlan, Derwent and Murray.

Our AIS student athletes showed remarkable displays of sportsmanship despite extreme sunny and rainy weather conditions and even broke a number of school records, some of which have lasted for years.
