School Uniforms
Students at Australian International School must wear the school uniform on regular school days. Beginning from Elementary (Prep) to Secondary (Year 12), there are two types of uniform, formal and physical education (PE). Students are also assigned a house at offer stage and are required purchase a house shirt which they will wear weekly.

Prep to Year 12 (typically):

2 days formal uniform
2 days PE uniform
1 day PE shorts and house shirt
AIS socks

It is recommended to purchase a minimum of 2 sets of formal and 2 sets of PE uniform to start.

Please see specific guidelines for each year group for additional items such as school bag, hat, ties and library bags.

Footwear

Students must wear plain black leather or leather‑look shoes on formal uniform days. These can also be purchased from the uniform shop or any shoe vendor of choice. PE shoes must be appropriate running shoes ie: not skater shoes, light up shoes etc.

Where to Purchase
AIS school uniforms are sold exclusively by Lim Meng Keng Department Store, located at Holland Village Shopping Centre. Lim Meng Keng is a well-known uniform provider servicing other top international schools in Singapore. They offer longer opening hours than the school can facilitate.

AIS Uniform Shop (On Campus)
The AIS Uniform Shop provides the following services only:

Display and fitting of all school uniform items (Formal, PE and House)
Placing uniform orders with Lim Meng Keng on behalf of parents

Representative Sports uniforms (worn by AIS sports team players) are sold exclusively at the AIS Uniform Shop and are not available at Lim Meng Keng.
