Our Accreditations as an Internationally Recognised School

One of our key strategic aims is to be an internationally recognised centre for excellence, known throughout Southeast Asia for the quality of our programs, teaching staff and facilities, and for the exceptional students we teach.

Alignment with regional and international educational bodies is one way that we can assure our current and future stakeholders of this quality.

As an international school with a multinational community of learners, our accreditations should not be and are not restricted to those from one particular curriculum board or geographical region.

Council Of International Schools (CIS)

AIS is a proud fully accredited member of the Council of International School

The CIS is a non-profit membership community committed to quality international education. CIS schools have the following in common:

  • a desire to provide students with the knowledge, skills and abilities to pursue their lives as global citizens; and
  • a commitment to high quality education

To become a member of the CIS, schools must infuse international and intercultural perspective into their programs so that students can move forward with the attitudes and understanding that will provide them with a solid base wherever their studies or work may take them. Elementary and Secondary School members must further commit to undertaking an on-going quality assurance process to enhance student learning.
