In Years 9 and 10, students at the Australian International School Singapore undertake a dual pathway that combines the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) with selected Australian Curriculum subjects. This globally recognised qualification is known for its academic rigour and flexibility, offering around 25 subject options that allow students to explore their interests and discover where their strengths lie.

AIS is proud to be the only international school in Singapore offering Vocational Education and Training (VET), giving students access to practical, industry-relevant learning alongside academic excellence.

This stage provides the strongest bridge between Lower Secondary and Senior Secondary studies, laying a solid foundation for the Higher School Certificate (HSC), the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), or IBDP Courses⁺.
