Peter Ellis is an innovative educational leader with a proven track record of success. His accomplishments include leading a school to be regarded as one of Australia’s most innovative schools, as recognised by being named ‘Australia’s Government School of the Year’ in 2023. In addition to serving as a principal, Mr. Ellis has facilitated statewide teacher leadership development programs, contributed to State policy development, acted as a Principal Mentor and delivered professional development to educators from Australia and overseas.

Mr. Ellis is deeply committed to fostering holistic education, empowering students and staff, and driving innovation in learning environments. With a strong understanding of the Australian and GCSE curricula, Peter‘s leadership style emphasises collaboration, strategic vision, and community engagement.

Mr. Ellis’s most recent experience includes serving at Templestowe College, Australia, leading a secondary school of 1250 students. He also served at Scotch College and Ringwood Secondary College in Australia, and Ivybridge Community College in the UK.
