Ben Hyde joins AIS as Assistant Head, Whole School Academic Insights. He brings extensive leadership experience from the Australian International School in Sharjah and across international settings.

Ben has held senior roles focused on whole-school improvement, curriculum, wellbeing, and data-informed practice, most recently as Deputy Head of School in the UAE.

In his new role, he will lead the development of data systems and insights across the school, supporting staff to use data to improve teaching and learning outcomes. Ben will relocate to Singapore with his wife Caitlin and two daughters, Layla and Ivy.
