Julianne Hay is an Assistant Head of Elementary School and PYP Coordinator, curriculum lead. Before arriving in Singapore in January 2019, Julianne worked at Radford College in Canberra, Australia. She is passionate about supporting teachers to improve their practice and implement a rigorous curriculum that encourages students to think deeply and to flourish within an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Program (PYP) educational setting. Julianne has a Diploma of Business, a Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood, and a Master’s Degree in the IB PYP. She is a member of the IB Educator Network (IBEN) and is a trained IB workshop leader and school visit team member and evaluator. Julianne lives in Singapore with her husband and has two children who live in Australia. She enjoys swimming, yoga and Pilates, as well as exploring Singapore and the many cultures and countries in the region.
