His accomplishments include leading a school to be regarded as one of Australia’s most innovative schools, as recognised by being named ‘Australia’s Government School of the Year’ in 2023. In addition to serving as a principal, Mr. Ellis is a certified leadership coach, has facilitated statewide teacher leadership development programs, contributed to State policy development, acted as a Principal Mentor and delivered professional development to educators from Australia and overseas.
