Originally from the UK, Rebecca has called Singapore home for the past 13 years. During that time, she’s gained valuable experience in a range of international early childhood settings. With nearly 15 years in the field, she has taken on leadership roles including Head of Kindergarten, Principal, and PYP Coordinator. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Early Childhood, and the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Her passion lies in inquiry-led learning, building meaningful relationships, and creating environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

What drew Rebecca to AIS is your school’s strong commitment to holistic, child-centered education. She’s eager to support your wonderful educators and families as you continue that journey together. Rebecca believes that strong partnerships between home and school are key to a child’s success and truly values open communication and collaboration with parents like you.

Outside of school, you’ll find Rebecca spending time with her daughter and their dog, diving into psychological thrillers (she’s always open to recommendations!), travelling, and cooking when she gets the chance.
