Willem Lampe is excited to be entering his fifth year at the Australian International School in Singapore. With over 23 years of experience in education,  including 13 years in various leadership roles, Willem has worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Malaysia. His educational philosophy centres on fostering an inclusive, dynamic learning environment where students feel supported and empowered to reach their potential.

He holds both a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education, endorsed in Leadership, underscoring his commitment to student well-being and academic success. Willem’s core values include building positive relationships, inspiring curiosity, and supporting the holistic growth of every child he teaches.

Originally from the picturesque South Island of New Zealand, Willem is passionate about sport and fitness. He has completed several full marathons and many half marathons. Outside of school, he enjoys watching rugby, cricket, and AFL, as well as fishing and scuba diving.
